This policy explains what personal information PromoStrats ("I", "me") collects, why, and what your rights are. PromoStrats is a freelance Shopify design and SEO service based in London, run by Connor Bawcutt.

What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the details you choose to give me — typically your name, email address, phone number, your website URL, and the message you send. I do not collect special-category personal data, and I don't ask for it.

Why I collect it

I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a strategy call, and, if we work together, to deliver and manage that work. My lawful basis is your consent when you contact me, and legitimate interest in responding to and administering the services you've asked about.

How it's handled

Contact form submissions are processed and delivered to my email inbox through Formspree, a third-party form provider. Your message is stored in my email account so I can reply and keep a record of our conversation. I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone except where necessary to provide the service or where required by law.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for my own records. If you'd like your information removed, email me and I'll delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, emailpromostrats@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Cookies & analytics

This site aims to keep tracking to a minimum. If analytics are in use, they are used only to understand aggregate traffic and improve the site, never to identify you personally.
